The Dauphin Veterinary Clinic is seeking a customer service superstar to join our team as a front-desk Veterinary Receptionist. As a receptionist, you are the heart of our practice. You create first and last impressions for clients, providing comfort and ensuring the clinic runs smoothly. Your role reflects our commitment to treating all clients and patients with respect, compassion, and empathy.

Important tasks performed by the reception team include:

** Greeting clients & patients and creating a warm and friendly environment

** Maintaining and cleaning the clinic

** Adhering to inventory control protocols and office administration

** Triaging incoming calls and walk ins and scheduling appointments

** Keeping accurate medical records and communication logs

** Advising clients on animal nutrition and routine healthcare (training provided)
